Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my merch! Please read the following carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to these terms.

Returns

Eligibility - Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.

Time Frame - Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs - Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at jak7svn@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!
